Propeller Repair
Service

Restore damaged propellers — or improve them

A bent, chipped or wrongly-pitched propeller costs you fuel every hour the engine runs. We measure every blade on a computer-controlled analyser, then straighten, re-pitch, weld-build and dynamically balance to bring your propeller back to as-new performance — or better than new.

Typical turnaround is 3–5 working days from drop-off. We work with any make or size up to 60 inches.

FAQs

Frequently asked

Signs include vibration above a certain RPM, difficulty reaching rated engine RPM, poor fuel consumption, visible blade damage, or a change in handling.

Yes, including blade reconstruction. However, for severely damaged aluminium props it is sometimes more economical to replace.

Repair restores a damaged propeller to original specification. Re-pitching changes the pitch (angle) to better match the engine’s performance — often requested when the vessel has been re-engined or re-propped.

Yes, but we can advise on removal and work with your local shipwright or slipway.
