Shipping Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Dispatch Times

Stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom-manufactured items ship after manufacture is complete; typical lead times are shown on each quote.

2. Freight Methods

We use the following freight services, selected to suit the item:

  • Australia Post / Parcel Post: for small items under 5 kg.
  • Startrack / Toll / TNT: for larger parcels.
  • Freight companies: for crated items (propellers, shafts over 2 m).
  • Air freight: for urgent interstate or international orders.
  • Collect personally: from our workshop by appointment.

3. Freight Costs

Freight costs are quoted at the time of order, based on size, weight and destination. We do not profit from freight; cost is passed through at carrier rates.

4. Delivery Times

Typical delivery times once dispatched:

  • South-East Queensland: 1–3 business days.
  • Other Australian capitals: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote and regional Australia: 7–14 business days.
  • New Zealand & Pacific: 7–21 business days.
  • Other international: by quote.

5. Risk and Title

Title and risk pass to you on dispatch. We package carefully but we strongly recommend transit insurance on items over $1,000.

6. Transit Damage

Inspect goods on receipt. Report any damage within 48 hours by email with photos. We will assist with your freight claim.

7. International Shipping

We export to New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, the Pacific Islands and (by arrangement) further afield. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and clearance in the destination country.

8. Collection From Workshop

You may collect items from our workshop by appointment. Please confirm by phone before arrival.
